After breakfast at the hotel. Next, visit Raj Ghat and Shanti Van the place where the father of the Nation, Mahatama Gandhi and Jawahar Lal Nehru was cremated and then Enjoy visit to Jama Mosque.When you reach the mosque,explore the interior with your guide. Next, drive pass Rashtrapati Bhawan and then visit India Gate, memorial built in the year 1931 to commemorate the Indian oldiers. Your final stop for the day will be at UNESCO World Heritage-listed Humayun’s Tomb.
From Delhi drive to Jaipur. Reach Jaipur and visit Birla Temple. Evening enjoy traditional Rajasthani culture folk music and dance at village restaurant Chokhi Dhani.
A full day of sightseeing includes visits to the ancient and imposing Amber Fort which sits on a hilltop overlooking the Maota Lake. Wander through the palatial grounds and see the Sheesh Mahal, a room embellished with thousands of mirror fragments that are said to be able to light up the entire room by reflecting the flame of a single candle. Visit the City Palace – an exquisite complex of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture that also houses a museum and art gallery. You’ll also get to visit the Royal Observatory and admire views of the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds) which features a unique façade resembling the honeycomb of a beehive. Finally, experience the buzz of daily life with a rickshaw ride in a local market before returning to your hotel.
Your next destination from Jaipur will be Pushkar. The city lies 11 kms northwest of Ajmer on the other side of Nag Pahar. Pushkar, sacred to Brahma, the creator, is a lotus in the sand wherein the life of Rajasthan comes to its flowering each year on the first full moon after the festival Diwali. It is a photographer’s dream. It is one of the most colorful, joyous, memorable spectacles in India.
After checkout leave for Udaipur. Reach Udaipur which is one of India’s most romantic cities known for its opulent palaces and tranquil lakes. In the evening take a boat ride on Lake Pichola.
Visit the exquisite City Palace, a sprawling fortress-like complex on the eastern shore of Lake Pichola. Visit the 17th-Century Jagdish Temple and the delightful gardens at Sahelion Ki Bari and enjoy the rest of day at leisure.
After breakfast leave from Udaipur for Jodhpur. Jodhpur – gateway to the desert beyond, home of the Rathores of Marwa.
Visit the Fort, rising up a hilly scarp, built on the advice of a hermit, which overlooks the city in the image of a long sentinel. Inside the Fort are a number of palaces added by successive rulers.
Visit Mandore – the ancient capital of the State of Marwar. The cenotaphs of the former rulers are imposing and architecturally remarkable. Also visit Mehrangarh fort, Umaid bhawan palace and free time for shopping
After breakfast leave for Jaipur. Evening free for leisure
The long drive back to Delhi gives you the opportunity to chat to your tour leader and learn more about northern India’s culture and history. In the evening, you can take an optional trip to the Kingdom of Dreams to experience the opulence and drama of a live Bollywood show.
